Don’t you love purchasing something online? It’s so easy that I have to check that I’m not spending more than I should since physical money has not left my wallet. I prefer it, though, since I don’t have to get ready, drive, grab the item, make the line, and then go through traffic to return home for a tube of toothpaste or a box of pencils.
Amazon is my main online retailer, especially when utilizing their wish list feature to save books, games, anime, and other goodies I would like to acquire later on. When I found out about this website called Throne and that it is purely a place to wishlist products, I had to give it a try.
They have lots of items to choose from, but not nearly as many as Amazon. It does have a better sense of community and you can find other people with similar interests and tastes. Most of those on Throne are streamers and gamers, but there are lots of different products for various tastes. How does it work though?
You make an account and then start adding items to your wish list. This list can be shared on social media, blog posts, or anywhere you can paste a link. Your community or whoever clicks it can choose to support you by making a purchase, so that way they know where the money is going since they picked the item.
I love that it is transparent because as a Christian, I did not want to ask for money from those who visit this blog or my content. I don’t want to be another person asking to fund their lifestyle while not providing value, we have enough of that in the church. Some may want to help out though, so I wanted to have that option available to you if you decide to.
